ОБЩИ УСЛОВИЯ
за участие в кампания
„Промотирай обява в категория Автомобили, каравани, лодки с промо пакет Gold и спечели електрическа тротинетка от OLX”

Организатор на кампанията “Промотирай обява в категория Автомобили, каравани, лодки с промо пакет Gold и спечели електрическа тротинетка от OLX” в платформата за безплатни обяви OLX с уеб адрес (URL) www.olx.bg („Платформата”), е „Наспърс Класифайдс България“ ЕООД („Организатор“) с ЕИК 175345805 и седалище и адрес на управление: гр. София 1000, ул. „Ангел Кънчев“ №1, ет. 3.

I. Условия за участие
1. Организаторът предоставя възможност на всеки потребител на Платформата да участва в Кампанията, като промотира своя активна обява/обяви с промо пакет GOLD в категория „Автомобили, каравани, лодки” в срока на Кампанията. Промотирана обява с промо пакет GOLD е всяка обява, за която е избран и закупен промо пакет GOLD.
II. Участници в кампанията
2. Участници в Kампанията могат да бъдат всички физически или юридически лица, потребители на Платформата по смисъла на Общите условия, с валиден (активен) профил и при спазване на настоящите условиятa за участие.
3. Участници в кампанията не могат да бъдат служители на Организатора, техни съпрузи, роднини по права линия без ограничение и по съребрена линия до 4-та степен включително, както и свързани с Организатора физически и юридически лица по смисъла на Търговския закон.

III. Период
4. Начало на кампанията – 00:00:00 ч. на 17.09.2018 г.
Край на кампанията – 23:59:00 ч. на 30.09.2018 ч.

IV. Последици/Краен резултат/Награда
5. Всеки потребител може да се ползва от възможностите на закупен промо пакет GOLD, за да участва в Кампанията. Потребителите, които отговарят на условията на Кампанията, ще бъдат включени в томбола за награда. Печелившият участник в томболата ще получи награда електрическа тротинетка REVOLT.

V. Механизъм за участие в кампанията
6. Всеки потребител на Платформата има право да участва в Кампанията при спазване на настоящите условия.
7. Условието за участие в Кампанията е потребителят да промотира своя активна обява/обяви с промо пакет GOLD в категория „Автомобили, каравани, лодки” в срока на Кампанията.
8. Промотираните обяви следва да са в съответствие изцяло с Общите условия за използване на Платформата, включително Приложение 1: Забранени артикули и услуги. Организаторът си запазва правото да премахва всякакви обяви, които противоречат на Общите условия за използване на платформата и приложенията към тях.
9. Участниците които не изпълняват правилата в настоящите Общи условия и Общите условия за използване на платформата или ги заобикалят ще бъдат дисквилифицирани от Организатора без предварително уведомление. Дисквалифицираните участници губят правото да участват в Кампанията или да получат спечелената награда.
10. Промотиране на обява с повече от един промо пакет GOLD не носи допълнителни преимущества на Потребителите в рамките на Кампанията.
VI.Томбола
11. Печелившият участник ще бъде определен чрез жребий в присъствието на нотариус в срок от 15 календарни дни след края на кампанията. При провеждането на жребия ще бъдат определени и имената на 3 (трима) участници, които да послужат за резерви, в случай на невъзможност да се осъществи контакт със печелившя участник.
12. Победителя ще бъде обявявен във Facebook страницата на OLX тук. Личните данни на победителя (имейл адрес) ще бъдат псевдонимизирани. Екипът на платформата OLX ще се свърже с победителя, а при невъзможност да се осъществи контакт него в рамките на 72 (седемдесет и два) часа от датата на обявяването му във Facebook страницата, за победител ще се счита потребителят, който е първа резерва. При последваща невъзможност за контакт с потребителя, който е първа резерва, се преминава към всеки от оставащите потребители-резерви според реда на изтеглянето им в жребия.
13. Наградата ще бъде връчена на печелившия участник не по-късно от два месеца от датата на обявяването му и осъществяване на контакт с него.
14. Наградата може да бъде получена единствено от офиса на организатора в гр. София, срещу предоставяне на документ за самоличност и подписване на приемо-предавателен протокол за връчена награда.

VII. Лични данни
15. Личните данни на всички участници в Кампанията се обработват в съответствие с приложимото законодателство и Политиката за поверителност, достъпна в Платформата.
16. Доброволното предоставяне на лични данни от страна на участниците, за целите на Кампанията, e необходимо условие за участие.
17. Организаторът обработва лични данни на участниците само и единствено за целите на Кампанията.
18. Организаторът предприема необходимите технически и организационни мерки за защита на личните данни на участниците.
19. Организаторът не носи отговорност за предоставената информация за контакт и други данни, които са неверни, фалшиви или се отнасят за трети лица, както и за всякаква незаконна или зловредна употреба на лични данни и информация.
20. Организаторът си запазва правото да публикува снимки на победителя по своя преценка в Интернет пространството.
21. За въпроси, отнасящи се до обработването на лични данни, които не са уредени в настоящите Общи условия, се прилагат разпоредбите на РЕГЛАМЕНТ (ЕС) 2016/679 НА ЕВРОПЕЙСКИЯ ПАРЛАМЕНТ И НА СЪВЕТА от 27 април 2016 година относно защитата на физическите лица във връзка с обработването на лични данни и относно свободното движение на такива данни и за отмяна на Директива 95/46/EО (Общ регламент относно защитата на данните).
VIII. Ограничаване на отговорност
22. Организаторът не носи отговорност за невъзможност за участие в Кампанията поради причини, които са извън неговия разумен контрол (при непреодолима сила, случайни събития, проблеми с достъпа и качеството на Интернет връзката и др.).
23. Организаторът няма задължение да води кореспонденция или да отговаря на въпроси на участници по повод Кампанията, но ще положи всички разумни усилия да информира потребителите и да отговаря на техни запитвания в зависимост от текущата си натовареност.
24. Организаторът не носи отговорност за каквито и да вреди и пропуснати ползи, свързани с Кампанията.
25. С получаването на наградата Участникът се счита за уведомен, че стойността на наградата представлява облагаем доход по смисъла на чл. 35, т. 2. от Закона за данъците върху доходите на физическите лица и подлежи на деклариране и облагане с данък по реда на действащото българско законодателство. Организаторът не носи отговорност за некоректно предоставени данни във връзка с декларирането на предоставената награда, както и за неизпълнение на задължението за нейното деклариране от страна на Участника.
26. По всички въпроси, свързани с използаването на платформата OLX се прилагат Общите условия за използване на OLX достъпни тук.
