Общи условия за участие в промо-кампания: “Томбола за iPhone XS” в платформата OLX

11Организатор на кампанията в онлайн платформата OLX“ („Кампанията“) е „Наспърс Класифайдс България“ ЕООД („Организатор“), със седалище и адрес на управление: гр. София 1000, ул. „Ангел Кънчев“ 1, ет. 3, с ЕИК 175345805.

 

I.Предмет на кампанията

  1. Организаторът предоставя възможност на потребителите на платформата www.olx.bg да публикуват поне 1 обявa за периодана кампанията от 11.03.2019г. до 31.03.2019г. и да участват в томболата за iPhone XS.
  2. Участници в кампанията
  3. Участици в кампанията могат да бъдат всички физически или юридически лица, които са потребители на OLX по смисъла на ОУ.
  4. Участници в кампанията не могат да бъдат служителите или управителите на Организатора, техни съпрузи, роднини по права линия без ограничение и по съребрена линия до 4-та степен включително, както и свързани с Организатора юридически лица по смисъла на Търговския закон.

 

III. Период на кампанията

  1. 4. Кампанията се провежда в периода от:

началото на кампанията – 00:01:00 ч. на 11.03.19г. 

до нейния край – 23:59:00 ч. на 31.03.19г.

 

  1. Награда
  2. 5. Всеки потребител, който публикува поне 1 обявa за периодана кампанията участва в томболата за iPhone XS.

 

  1. Определяне на победителя
  2. Победителят ще бъде определен в рамките на 20 (двадесет) работни дни след края на промоцията, в присъствието на нотариус.
  3. 7. При проведения жребий ще бъдат изтеглени и имената на 5 (петима) потребители, които да послужат за резерва, в случай на невъзможност да се осъществи контакт със спечелилия победител.
  4. 8. При невъзможност да се осъществи контакт със спечелилия победител в рамките на 72 (седемдесет и два) часа, наградата ще бъде спечелена от потребителят, който е първа резерва, в случай, че съществува невъзможност да се осъществи контакт с него в рамките на 72 (седемдесет и два) часа , се преминава към потребителят – втора резерва и по този начин и при същите условия, докато се стигне до потребителят – пета резерва (включително).
  5. Победителят ще бъде обявен на страницата във фейсбук (Facebook)на платформата OLX.
  6. Наградата ще бъде получена в офиса на Организатора в София на адрес:

гр. София 1000, ул. „Ангел Кънчев“ 1, ет. 3, с ЕИК 175345805, след представяне на документ за самоличност и подписването на приемо-предавателен протокол.

 

  1. Механизъм за участие
  2. 11. Всеки потребител на платформата има право да участва в Кампанията.
  3. 12. Няма предвидени ограниченияотносно типа устройство, от което са добавени обявите или конкретната категория на обявите, които ще бъдат публикувани.
  4. 13. Всеки потребител, който публикува поне 1 нова обяви в периода на кампанията, участва в томбола за iPhone XS (Apple iPhone XS, 64GB, Space Grey).Допълнителни условия:

13.1. Участието в промоцията не е обвързано с покупка;

13.2. Използване на промо опции или добавяне на допълнителен брой обяви над третата не носи допълнителни предимства при жребия.

13.3. Участниците приемат настоящите ОУ за участие в томболата и се съгласяват организатора да използва данните им за маркетинг цели, включително да публикува снимката на победителя във Facebook;

13.4. Наградата може да бъде получена единствено от офиса на организатора в София, срещу предоставяне на документ за самоличност и подписване на приемо-предавателен протокол за връчена награда.

  1. Промотирането на обяви или ползването на други платени услуги, предлагани в платформата OLX не е забранено, но не е условие за участие в Кампанията и няма да носи каквото и да е предимство на участник, използвал някоя от платените услуги на OLX.
  2. Публикуването на допълнителен брой обяви (над третата) не носи допълнителни предимства при участието в жребия за награда.
  3. Доколкото участието в кампанията е свързано с публикуването на обяви, то Общите условия за ползване на OLX следва да бъдат спазвани. Организаторът ще премахва обяви, които противоречат на Общите му условия, а потребителите няма да имат право да оспорват това или да претендират, че поради тази причина не са могли да участват в кампанията.

 

VII. Лични данни

  1. 17. Личните данни на всички участници в Кампаниятасе обработват в съответствие с приложимото законодателво.
  2. Организаторът обработва лични данни на участниците за целите на Кампанията.
  3. Доброволното предоставяне на лични данни от страна на участниците, за целите на Кампанията, e необходимо условие за участие. В срока на обработка на данните Организаторътима право да използва личните данни за други подобни маркетинг цели или да се свързва с участниците за целите на директния маркетинг във връзка с Кампанията.
  4. Организаторътпредприема необходимите технически и организационни мерки за защита на личните данни на участниците.
  5. За въпроси,отнасящи се до обработването на лични данни, които не са уредени в настоящите Общи условия, се прилагат разпоредбите на ЗЗЛД.

 

VIII. Други условия

  1. 22. Организаторът не носи отговорност заневъзможност за участие в Кампаниятапоради причини, които са извън неговия разумен контрол (при непреодолима сила, случайни събития, проблеми с достъпа и качеството на интернет връзката и др.).
  2. 23. Организаторът няма задължение да води кореспонденция или да отговаря на въпроси на участници по повод кампанията, но ще се стреми да информира потребителите и да отговаря на техни запитвания в зависимост от текущата си натовареност.
  3. 24. Организаторът не носи отговорност за каквитои да вредии пропуснати ползи, свързани с Кампанията.
  4. 25. По всички въпроси, свързани с използаването на платформата OLX се прилагат Общите условия за използване на olx.bg.
