 ОБЩИ УСЛОВИЯ за участие в промо-кампания в платформата OLX: “Време за ремонт 2018”

Организатор на промоционална кампания („Кампания“) в онлайн платформата www.olx.bg („Платформата“, “OLX“) е „Наспърс Класифайдс България“ ЕООД („Организатор“), със седалище и адрес на управление: гр. София 1000, ул. „Ангел Кънчев“ 1, ет. 3, с ЕИК 175345805.

 

I.Предмет

  1. Организаторът предоставя възможност на потребител на Платформата при покупка на промо опция в рамките на Кампанията от 16.07.2018г. до 31.08.2018г. да публикува обяви в Платформата за до 5 артикула, които да бъдат свързани с ремонти дейности – стоки и услуги, включително но не само – инструменти, машини, услуги и други.

 

  1. Участници
  2. Участници в кампанията могат да бъдат всички физически или юридически лица, които са потребители на OLX по смисъла на ОУ.

 

III. Период на кампанията

  1. Кампанията се провежда в периода от: началото на кампанията – 00:01:00 ч. на 16.07.18г. до нейния край – 23:59:00 ч. на 31.08.18г.

 

  1. Механизъм за участие
  2. Всеки потребител на Платформата има право да участва в Кампанията. Обявата на потребител, който не е завил участието си в Кампанията и не е заплатил опцията, но използва в нея ключовата дума – “OLXVREMEZAREMONT”, няма да бъде допусната за публикуване.
  3. Цената на промо опцията е 30 лева с ДДС.
  4. Закупуването на една промо опция дава право на потребителя да публикува в Платформата до 5 артикула и позволява на потребителя да използва ключова дума – “OLXVREMEZAREMONT”, която да направи откриването на обявата му по-лесно и достъпно.
  5. Артикулите, публикувани от потребителя трябва да бъдат свързани с подготовката и процеса на ремонтната дейност – интрументи, машини, услуги и други.

15.. Потребителите могат да закупят максимум до 5 промо опции в рамките на Кампанията.

  1. Артикулите, публикувани от потребителя ще бъдат видими в отделна секция на платформата, като категория: “Време за ремонт”.
  2. Редът на показване на артикулите е по дата на публикуване на обявите, освен в случаите в които са използвани допълнителни промо опции.
  3. Потребителят приема и се съгласява относно редът, по който се представят артикулите в горепосочената категория и няма право на възражения относно това.
  4. Доколкото участието в Кампанията е свързано с публикуването на обяви, то Общите условия (ОУ) за използване на OLX следва да бъдат спазвани, включително и приложенията към ОУ.

 

  1. Лични данни
  2. Личните данни на всички участници в Кампанията се обработват за целите на настоящата кампания, свързани с публикуване и предлагане на определени артикули.
  3. Личните данни на всички потребители, участващи в Кампанията се обработват в съответствие с приложимото законодателство и Политиката за поверителност, достъпна в Платформата.
  4. Доброволното предоставяне на лични данни от страна на участниците, за целите на Кампанията, e необходимо условие за участие.
  5. Организаторът предприема необходимите технически и организационни мерки за защита на личните данни на участниците.
  6. Организаторът не носи отговорност за предоставената информация за контакт и други данни, които са неверни, фалшиви или се отнасят за трети лица, както и за всякаква незаконна или зловредна употреба на лични данни и информация.
  7. За въпроси, отнасящи се до обработването на лични данни, които не са уредени в настоящите Общи условия, се прилагат разпоредбите на Политиката за поверителност, достъпна в Платформата, както и Регламент 679/2016.

 

  1. Други условия
  2. Организаторът не носи отговорност за невъзможност за участие в Кампанията поради причини, които са извън неговия разумен контрол (при непреодолима сила, случайни събития, технически и други проблеми с достъпа и качеството на интернет връзката и др.).
  3. Организаторът няма задължение да води кореспонденция или да отговаря на въпроси на участници по повод Кампанията, но ще се стреми да информира потребителите и да отговаря на техни запитвания в зависимост от текущата си натовареност.
  4. Организаторът не носи отговорност за каквито и да вреди и пропуснати ползи, свързани с Кампанията.
  5. По всички въпроси, свързани с Кампанията и използаването на платформата OLX се прилагат Общите условия за използване на www.olx.bg.

So I then switched to a Honda Click with a higher seat but I can still tippy-toe both feet without unintentionally beeping at each corner.
