OLX през 2017 – в топ 3 на българските сайтове и 50% от българската интернет аудитория

В OLX се отчита ръст на всички основни показатели през 2017 година. Съгласно данните в платформата през изминалата година активните потребители на дневна база са се увеличили със 7%, уникалните потенциални купувачи с 13%, а броят на обявите, които получават запитване в рамките на седем дни след публикуване е нарастнал с 27%. Броят на потребителите на мобилното приложение на платформата е нарастнал с 25,5% през 2017 г., докато регистрираните нови потребители за същия период са 302 624.

Какви са тенденциите в търсенето?

Водещи по търсене за цялата страна са категориите ”автомобили и авточасти“, „електроника“ (в частност мобилни телефони), както и „автоаксесоари и уреди за навигация“. Сред най-популярните подкатегории в OLX попадат и „компютърни части и аксесоари“, „спортни стоки“, „гуми и джанти“. Анализът на данните в OLX сочи, че най-предлаганите стоки са в категориите „мода“, стоки „за бебето и детето“, и „електроника“. Смартфоните традиционно са най-търсеният и предлаган артикул в категория „електроника“, а най-популярната марка остава iPhone, следвана от Samsung. В категория „екскурзии и почивки“ се запазва тенденцията от 2016 г. за търсене на къщи за гости като предпочитан тип туризъм.

 

При обявите за автомобили и авточасти се наблюдава повишено търсене и предлагане в Перник и София с близо 40% спрямо 2016 г., като масовият потребител търси изгодни сделки за автомобили втора ръка. Тази тенденция е особено засилена и при авточастите.

Данните на OLX за изминалата година отчитат повишено търсене на имоти по Черноморието, като потребителите търсят имоти с цел инвестиция и бизнес. Раздвижването на пазара на труда е довело до публикуването на повече обяви в София-град, но сезонните работни места по Черноморието отново са сред най-публикуваните обяви за работа.

Как се e променило предлагането през 2017?

За изминалата година най-активен в публикуването на обяви град, спрямо броя на глава на населението, е Варна, 0,3 обяви, предимно в категория „мода“.Най-малко обяви са публикувани от потребителите в Благоевград, 0,06 обяви на глава от населението. Въпреки това, в региона има потенциал за развитие на бизнеса с къщи за гости, тъй като има повишено търсене именно за този тип услуги.

 

Данните на OLX отчитат и специфика при най-търсените и най-предлаганите стоки по региони. Най-много запитвания за категория „електроника“, например, са направени в Бургас, Пловдив и Търговище. В София най-търсени са обявите за работа, което е продиктувано от по-доброто заплащане и повечето свободни позиции на пазара на труда. Перник и градовете в района остават автомобилните столици на България, където търсенето и предлагането е най-високо.
